By accessing and using NirixAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

NirixAI is an AI-powered learning platform that helps users learn from educational content. The Service includes: • YouTube video analysis - paste a video URL to get AI-generated summaries, chat with the content, and create quizzes from transcripts • Document intelligence - upload PDF, Word, Excel, or Markdown files to chat with the content, extract key insights, and generate study materials • AI chat assistant - ask questions about your content and receive contextual, citation-backed answers • Quiz generation - auto-generate practice quizzes from any uploaded content • Export tools - export your learning materials in PDF, Markdown, and Text formats

To use NirixAI, you must: • Be at least 13 years old • Create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials • Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial: • New users receive a 21-day free trial with limited features • No credit card is required to start the free trial Paid Plans: • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) • Plans vary by source limits, token limits, file size limits, quiz features, and chat history retention • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant) • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase Usage Limits: • Each plan has monthly limits on sources (YouTube videos + documents) and AI tokens • Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle • Exceeding limits may restrict access until the next cycle or plan upgrade

You agree NOT to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our service • Share, transfer, or resell your account access to others • Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or security measures • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content: • You retain full ownership of content you upload to NirixAI • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for providing the Service to you • We NEVER use your content to train AI models • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content AI-Generated Content: • Summaries, quiz questions, and chat responses are generated by third-party AI providers • You may use AI-generated outputs for your personal learning purposes • You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies Our Service: • NirixAI, including its design, code, logo, branding, and proprietary technology, is our intellectual property • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service

• AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may not always be accurate or complete • Always verify critical information from original or authoritative sources • Citations are provided for reference and may point to approximate locations in the source content • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content • AI-generated quizzes are for practice purposes and may contain errors • Use all AI output at your own discretion and judgment

• Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms • We encrypt data in transit using TLS/HTTPS • Passwords are securely hashed • Your uploaded files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure • You can export or delete your data anytime from your account dashboard • We use cookies and local storage for authentication, analytics, and functionality

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible • We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time • No refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions • We are not liable for data loss - we recommend keeping copies of important content • Third-party service outages (AI providers, payment gateway, hosting) may temporarily affect functionality

We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity • Your payment method fails and remains unresolved • Required by law or legal process Upon termination: • Your access to the Service will be revoked • Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted • You may request a data export before termination takes effect You may cancel your subscription or delete your account anytime from your account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIRIXAI AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NirixAI and its founders, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
